Tyson Fury offers a bit of Comic Relief
Mancunian behemoth Tyson Fury again proved he was a good sport in the aid of Comic Relief when he stripped off to be spray tanned.
The totemic traveller's tradition of getting involved in Comic Relief started in March 2009 when he first showed he was game for a laugh by almost sparking himself out with his own uppercut when facing Lee Swaby.
Max Clifford's latest client has, unsurprisingly, enjoyed a much higher media profile of late, being dubbed as ‘The Real Big Gypsy Hard Man’ in reference to the English heavyweight champion's views on some of the cast from surprise TV hit 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding'.
Fury is in a heavy training regime at the moment as purse bids are now open for him to fight for the British title against current holder Dereck Chisora.
Tyson said: “I feel honoured to do what I can to help support a worthwhile cause such as Comic Relief. Even boxers have a heart and are not afraid to strip off and have a spray-tan. In this sport and particularly when you’re my size- you can feel quite secure in your masculinity! It’s for a good cause and that’s all that matters.”
