Khan odds on favourite to win Peterson re-match
Amir Khan is 1/4 to win a re-match in 2012 with Lamont Peterson according to Ladbrokes.
The Bolton-born fighter was controversially defeated in the States at odds of just 1/10, but the bookies believe any re-match would see him triumph.
Peterson's split-decision win was fantastic news for the bookies who saw one-way traffic for Khan but Ladbrokes doubt that lightning could strike twice.
David Williams of Ladbrokes said: "Khan feels robbed but we reckon he'll get his revenge next year. Peterson remains the underdog but the odds are now much closer."
Peterson is 11/4 to register back-to-back victories over Khan with the tie at 25/1.
Ladbrokes boxing betting for a 2012 re-match:
1/4 Amir Khan
11/4 Lamont Peterson
25/1 Tie
