DeGale's Euro title tilt set for Liverpool PPV card?

James DeGale's European super-middleweight title challenge against Polish champion Piotr Wilczewski looks set to take place on the undercard of Nathan Cleverly v Tony Bellew at Liverpool's Echo Arena on October 15th.

The match was originally due to take place in September but little was heard on this matter.

Sky Sports does have this date free on its currently published listings - though BoxRec's schedule has Anthony Crolla v Willie Limond boxing in Bolton on the same night...on Sky.

Given that the broadcaster is not currently pursuing a PPV model coupled with the fact that the promoter, Frank Warren, has said that PPV is necessary to make big fights work, Cleverly v Bellew supported by DeGale might very well end up on a subscription channel.

New channel Boxnation could be the favourite as there appears to be a Warren link with it.
