Six golds for British boxers at Commonwealth Games

Delhi's 2010 Commonwealth Games' boxing tournament came to a close this afternoon after a day which saw British fighters secure six gold medals.

Two went to England in the form of lightweight and team captain Thomas Stalker and Middlesbrough's Simon Vallily who notched another quick win.  Callum Johnson was very impressive in picking up Scotland's only gold at light-heavy.  But a special mention must be reserved for the Ulstermen who took the plaudits with three golds from light-flyweight Paddy Barnes, welter Patrick Gallagher and middleweight Eamonn O'Kane.
