1000 free tickets up for grabs for Haye v Harrison weigh in

WBA world heavyweight champion David 'The Hayemaker' Haye has only 1,000 tickets available for his Friday afternoon weigh-in with Audley Harrison - and the Manchester public are invited to snap them up quickly.

The tickets are free of charge and will allow entry to Friday's pre-fight weigh-in at The Lowry Theatre in Salford Quays.

The weigh-in begins at 2 pm and tickets will be distributed from The Lowry Theatre Box Office on a first come, first served basis.

Promising a surprise of sorts, champion Haye said, “If there is one weigh-in not to miss, it's going to be this one. It's not often you get two heavyweights in decent nick going up against each other, but, so long as Audley is true to his word, that should be the case on Friday.

“As far as I'm concerned, this is the best condition I've ever been in. In fact, I think a lot of people are in for a shock when I hit the scales on Friday.”
